Dan & John O'Flaherty are a fantastic team to work with. They both know Fort Lauderdale intimately and were able to find my dream home in exactly neighborhood I wanted. Were it not for Dan being such a brilliant negotiator and skilled strategist, the deal would never have closed. He knows how to get your deal done for the best possible terms. After closing, the office assisted me with finding maids, locksmiths, and other resources. I whole-heartedly recommend Dan & John to handle your real estate transaction. It doesn't get any better.

performance in selling my home. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate and
have witnessed a lot of sales people. You out performed them all! You
sold my house in 1 day at 95% of the advertised asking price! I didn't even
know that was possible! What I liked the most was your humble attitude
that left the braggadocios self-hype at the curb choosing instead to let your
performance do the talking. Your valuation of my property was spot on, your
suggestions on how best to "show" my property proved wise and your courteous,
professional approach to your profession was a welcome relief from past
experiences. I can't commend you enough, or laud you with enough praise.
